the staff was always helpful and friendly. the hotel is clean, and the air conditioning functions well. delicias subway station is a short walk away, along with the train station. i found a café connected to the hotel, so breakfast and snacks were easy to get.
The curtains were a little thin. They let in a bit of light in the morning.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. I found a good cafe attached to the hotel, perfect for breakfast and snacks. The staff were very helpful and cute. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
The curtains in my room were quite thin, so the morning light made it difficult to sleep in.

i totally enjoyed how close it was to the metro and train station it made getting around so easy! the receptionist was so friendly and cute i felt right at home. i loved that the café had amazing coffee a total lifesaver in the mornings!

The location served me well for exploring. The metro was right outside, so getting around was easy. The staff was helpful, they assisted me with directions. There was also a cafeteria downstairs, that was a nice convenience. I used it several times.
The window in my room did not lock properly. Anyone from outside could have gotten in. I thought the room was less than stellar. The bed felt small, it was really nothing special.
